By creating an account, purchasing the program, or otherwise using MENO RESET (the "app" or "program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer and Nutrition Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

MENO RESET provides nutrition education, wellness information and lifestyle support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no nurse–patient or provider–patient relationship is created by using the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your access is granted for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, resell access, or use MENO RESET content to deliver coaching, classes or programs to others without prior written permission.

All recipes, meal plans, educational materials, written content, graphics, photographs, videos and app design are the property of Kimberley Huard, RPN and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. MENO RESET® is a brand of Kimberley Huard, RPN. No portion may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or resold without prior written permission. See our copyright notice.

• MENO RESET is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Because the program delivers immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with your purchase or access, contact us and we will make it right.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

MENO RESET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimberley Huard, RPN and MENO RESET are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any outcome arising from your use of the app or reliance on its educational content. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using MENO RESET at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached — for example, sharing credentials or redistributing program content. We may also remove access in cases of fraudulent or disputed payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will always reflect the current version, and continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
