Meet Your Nurse & Founder
Kimberley Huard, RPN
Created by a midlife nurse for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
My Story
Hi, I'm Kimberley Huard, RPN.
I am a Registered Practical Nurse, a midlife woman, and the creator of MENO RESET.
Like many women, I have personally experienced the changes that come with perimenopause and this stage of life. The shifts in energy, body composition, sleep, and the feeling that what once worked for our bodies may no longer work the same way.
Through both my nursing background and my own personal journey, I have learned that women need more than a one-size-fits-all approach during midlife.
Women deserve education, support, and practical tools that help them understand and care for their changing bodies.
My Approach
I believe the best health outcomes come from an integrative approach.
This means combining evidence-informed medical care when appropriate with nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and holistic wellness practices.
Every woman's journey through perimenopause and menopause is unique. The goal is not perfection — it is finding the personalized support that helps each woman feel her best.
Why I Created MENO RESET
MENO RESET was created to help women move away from restriction and frustration and toward nourishment, strength, and confidence.
This program focuses on simple real-food nutrition, adequate protein, fiber, hydration, and anti-inflammatory eating patterns designed to support women through midlife.
Our Philosophy
- Food is Fuel. Women in midlife need nourishment, not restriction.
- Protein Matters. Protein supports muscle health, strength, and overall wellness.
- Fiber Supports Wellness. Fiber supports digestion and gut health.
- Consistency Over Perfection. Small daily choices create sustainable habits.
- Healthy Aging Is The Goal. The focus is feeling stronger, energized, and supported.
