Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to make MENO RESET work for you. That includes information you give us directly, information created as you use the app, and limited technical information from your device.

• Account details you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Profile and wellness preferences you enter during setup.
• Activity inside the app, such as meal selections, food and water logs, mood check-ins and completed days.
• Basic technical information, such as device type, browser and general region, used to keep the app secure and working properly.

During setup you may share details such as your age, height, weight, activity level and household size. We use this only to calculate your personalized protein, fibre, calorie and hydration targets and to tailor your meal plan. You can update or clear these details at any time from your account.

MENO RESET may ask about your menopause stage, food preferences, dietary restrictions and wellness goals. This information is sensitive, and we treat it that way.

• It is used only to personalize your educational content, recipes and tracking targets.
• It is never sold, rented or traded.
• It is not shared with advertisers.
• It is not a medical record and is not reviewed as clinical care.

Accounts and sign-in are handled by our secure backend provider. When you sign in with email or with Google, we receive only the information needed to create and verify your account — typically your email address and basic profile name. We never see or store your Google password.

We use privacy-conscious, aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which pages are visited and where people get stuck — so we can improve the experience. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles about you.

We use cookies and browser storage for essential purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering your progress and saving in-progress setup answers on your device. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though signing in again will be required and unsaved local answers may be lost.

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our email delivery provider and our payment processor. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments and may only use your information to provide services to MENO RESET.

When you search for a food while logging an extra, the food search term is sent to a third-party nutrition database (USDA FoodData Central) to retrieve nutrition information. We do not send identifying profile or account information with food searches.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and payment credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only what we need to confirm your purchase and unlock your program access — for example, the purchase status, amount, and a Stripe reference identifier. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a managed database with row-level access rules, meaning your records are only accessible to your signed-in account and to the limited systems required to operate the app. Administrative access is restricted. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take these safeguards seriously and review them as the app grows.

• Access — ask us what information we hold about you.
• Correction — update your profile and preferences at any time inside the app.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — request a copy of the information you provided.
• Withdraw consent — stop using the app and ask us to remove your data.

MENO RESET is intended for adult women. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we update this policy, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for meaningful changes, let members know inside the app or by email.
